What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards both online and at market. We also accept cash if you are located in the Southern Alberta area where we can meet in person. Square space enables safe and secure transactions to take place on the site, giving clients and businesses peace of mind. do you accept credits from old gold? 

Yes, this is common practice and something we really encourage with our clients. Nearly everyone has “old gold” in their household and this can be melted down and reused in a custom jewellery project.

We appraise the gold and subtract the cost of the old gold that you contribute from the total cost of your project (which helps with the price of your custom piece). This is a great way to recycle materials from the Earth to add meaning and new life to a piece of jewellery!

Do you require a deposit?

This is assessed case-by-case but normally, yes. Our standard deposit is 50% but email us directly (creativecustomgold@gmail.com) or use the Contact Us page with any questions or ideas you have.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PACKAGES?

We ship primarily with Canada Post, with tracking numbers that we share with the client upon sending. We are also happy to send via courier and/or insured parcels, upon request.

I have a digital design for a ring, how can I make this happen? 

We have installed a link in our Shop > Loved Ones Collection called "Designed Jewellery" where you can upload your already-created jewellery piece. With our in-house design software and 3D printer, we will print your design in a castable resin, cast it in the metal of your choice, and finish the piece of your dreams. The finishing touches on your piece include buffing, polishing, and setting precious gemstones of your choice. With 3D printing, the client can now create their own designs from the ground up and we are happy to be along for the ride! Prices will vary so the moment we receive a request for designed jewellery, we will email you to begin the consultation process.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY JEWELLERY PIECE? 

Although we operate case by case, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks between ordering and receiving your custom piece. 

MY RING ISN'T THE RIGHT SIZE, WHAT NOW?

Please, send it back to me so I can adjust it to the exact size you like. There is nothing more infuriating than an ill-fitting ring and resizing a ring is an easy, quick fix. Let us know your issue so we can make things perfect. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 

At the moment, Creative Custom Gold is exclusively working in Canada (you noticed our spelling eh?) with plans to expand to the United States. If you are located outside of Canada, please email us and we will do what we can to work with your jewellery needs. 

WHY ORDER FROm CREATIVE CUSTOM GOLD? 

Creative Custom Gold is a small, independent company with the connections and experience of a large corporation. Having years of experience at a brick and mortar jewellery shop, CCG decided to branch out to pursue custom jewellery that is unique, catered, and sustainable. While we currently, and will continue, to support ethically Canadian-mined diamonds, we look forward to expanding our diamond sourcing to lab-grown diamonds. We use only recycled packaging and encourage our customers to recycle their packaging once they receive their piece. In a nutshell, you’d be working with a thoughtful, ethical shop.
